Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a firm in Manhattan to bring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This role offers a well-rounded opportunity to support billing, collections, and reconciliations. If you have 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience within a property management or real estate environment, please apply!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience within Yardi, MRI, or similar industry software
- Excel experience
Key Responsabilitites:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
